Is Billetto really Free?
Billetto is all about enabling you to host unique events, whether they are for 10 or 10,000 people – this service is for you. Billetto is free for the organiser so it does not cost you anything to create and promote events, sell tickets and manage guest lists.
Free events are also 100% free for the event-goer. If the organiser is selling tickets, Billetto adds a small handling fee which can be added to or included in the ticket price.
Please see the fee overview for more details.

E-mail Invite: If you choose to send out email invitations, your guests will receive a Billetto invitation to their inbox with a direct link to your event page.
Facebook Wall Invites: You can post an invitation on your Facebook friends’ walls directly from Billetto. There is a limit to how many walls you can post on so make sure you invite the right guests for your event.

At the bottom of the page you can download your Guest List in both PDF and CSV / Excel format.

Can I create multiple types of tickets for my event?
You can create as many ticket options as you like; these can include VIP tickets, standing only, early bird or even beer tokens and merchandise.
When creating or editing an event, click "Add a new ticket type" beneath the existing ticket. In this way you can offer multiple ticket types. These ticket types can include (but aren’t exclusive to):
  • Time-specific ticket: Friday ticket, Early Bird, Last Minute etc.
  • Free ticket
  • Donation ticket: For example, Donate 1 pound to Red Cross, Children in Need or Support your local DJ or Artist
  • Exclusive/VIP Ticket: This ticket is password protected, only those who you have shared the password with can access the event and buy tickets.
  • Merchandise Tickets: If you want to sell T-shirts, gadgets, wristbands or other paraphernalia simply create a specific ticket for each item. Buyers can then collect their merchandise at the event by showing their ticket.
  • Tokens: Just like with merchandise tickets you can sell food and drink tokens, so that you can do cash-free events or preempt your bar sales.

If you have any questions or ideas for other ticket options don’t hesitate to contact us on support@billetto.dk
