Galette des Rois" is a delicious Puff Pastry pie filled with an almond cream. A bean or a small porcelain figure called "fève" is hidden in the cake like the almond in the ris à l'amande. The person who finds the little figure in his/her piece of cake becomes king/queen and receives a crown.
This hand-on class is perfect for beginners, you are guided by a French Pastry Chef with years of experience. In a relaxed atmosphere he will share his professional tips and tricks for baking the Galette, using Puff Pastry and almond cream.
Each participant will bring home their own homemade Galette !
