What can you make with the humble TOMATO?

Bring your best recipe where a main ingredient is TOMATOES, and join to compete against other teams at the first Cook & Talk Masterchef Competition on Friday, Feb. 24^th from 5.30pm.

COMPETITION RULES:

1. Tomatoes must be a main ingredient in your dish.

2. You can make sweet or savoury dishes, with or without meat.

3. Contestants will be notified of their budget for ingredients on Weds, Feb. 22nd.

4. You may enter as an individual or as a team.

5. Registration for contestants is binding (i.e. no cancellations).

6. Winners will be awarded the Masterchef of Tomato title and receive a prize.

Cook & Talk starts at 5:30pm, where five groups will compete to win the first Cook & Talk Masterchef Competition, and everyone will enjoy the end results together.

How does Cook & Talk work? Volunteers plan the menu, do the grocery shopping and guide you through the cooking process. You simply register in advance, and arrive ready to learn and taste. Participants pay a 50kr fee at the event to cover the cost of ingredients. At the end of the evening, everyone enjoys the food together. Tea and/or coffee is provided, you are welcome to bring your own drinks as well.

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to attend you are welcome to find someone to attend your place or please contact the event host to cancel your registration. If you need to cancel less than 3 days before the event and if we cannot find a person to fill your place, you will be required to pay the 50kr fee to cover the cost of the pre-purchased ingredients.
