M&A DIPLOMA COURSE!

Interested in an in depth introduction to the world of Mergers & Acquisitions? Former Goldman Sachs Analyst Ole-Bjørn Kolbæk gives you a unique insight through this 16-hour course, where you will attain a diploma certification within the most important areas of corporate finance and M&A.

The coursework includes topics such as:

- Introduction to M&A, logic and drivers

- M&A Accounting

- Due Diligence

- Valuation

- Comps model

- CV/application process

- Model building

- Q&A on internships and interviews

Testing

At the end of the course, you will have to undergo a two-hour individual examination. The exam will give you the opportunity to apply the techniques and knowledge you have gained throughout the course. Upon successful completion of the examination, you will receive an M&A Diploma. Should you not pass the examination, you are allowed to do a retake.

Prerequisites

No prerequisites are needed in order to attend the course. However, we highly recommend that you know the basics of accounting (i.e. the relationship between income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement), the basic principles of Time Value of Money and at least a bit of Excel.

The course will take place at CBS, Solbjerg Plads, on February 17th and 18th, both days from 9am to 5pm.
