We do our Wednesday Wellness Sauna Sessions every wednesday at 18;00, where the focus is on inner reflection and bringing more wellness in your life, for example via intense heat, breath work, body scrubs and foot baths - what the aufguss master of the day feel like gifting.

You will get approx. 1 hour of sauna aufguss with 3 sessions and time to cool down in between sessions.

One of our skilled aufguss masters will take you on a journey and create a space for self reflection in the heat.

You must bring your corona pass and a big towel to sit on - if you forget you can rent one for 20 kr. Body scrubs for 25kr are also available for purchase on site. 

Please remember that there are no toilet facilities as we are an outdoor mobile sauna trailer. 

Please get there 15 minutes before start to take a shower and land.

We do sauna aufguss sessions every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

The sauna is a non-sexual space and clothing is optional. You can change behind the sauna and we have big plastic containers where you can leave your clothing in to avoid the potential rain of the Danish weather. In addition, we have small closed off space where you can leave your valuables. 

We welcome all genders, ethnicities, races, beliefs, sexual orientations and identities.
