A tiny modern brewery in a basement in Hvidovre, Denmark. On a mission to figure out how to build and run a brewery. The beers made here are meant to drinkable, but interesting. Loves to talk beer and brewing. Dogmas: No boiling, mostly organic ingredients, all kinds of yeasts/bacteria, odd hops (no Citra & Mosaic, some homegrown), both clean and (at some point again) funky beers.
