- Who are you as a woman, a mother, lover, friend, colleague, wife, girlfriend, sister…?
- What is your potential?
- Where are you holding back in life? Boundaries? Your Yes and your No?
This is an opportunity for all women to explore and become (more) familiar with their own inner potential as a woman.
Through various exercises you will get in touch with different energies within yourself – some you might know very well, others might be new for you to discover and explore.
The purpose of this workshop is to give you a chance to get to know your own feminine essence better. Being more in contact with your feminine essence can give you more energy in your everyday life and feel more connected to yourself and other. I will provide a safe environment for you to explore this.
Practicals:
Saturday 11th July 11.00-16-00 (Doors are open from 10.30)
Venue: De Ruimte, Weesperzijde 79a (downstairs), Amsterdam
Nearest Metro Station: Wibautstraat
There will be no nudity in this workshop.
The workshop will be held in English. If you need translation into Dutch, this can be arranged.

Female Potential & Process Work
We will have a lunch break during the day, so please bring your own lunch.
We will serve tea and fruit during the afternoon.
I recommend you wear clothes you feel comfortable in – there will be dancing/movement, so dress in a way where your body feels free.
It’s a good idea to bring a water bottle and perhaps a notebook/pen if you would like to take some notes.
About me:
I am passionate about personal development and about bringing awareness to as many aspects of my everyday life as possible.
I am a warm, compassionate, empathic, open-hearted Danish woman with a curious nature and a great sense of humour.
Besides this I practice every day how to (do my best to) balance spirituality with an ordinary down-to-earth lifestyle as an independent woman/mother/partner with a fulltime job.
My personal journey really started to take off in 2013 and since then I have participated in a variety of courses and workshops – mainly within tantra and polarity and been involved with women’s groups. I have also done a lot of “Inner Children” work, and I am training to become a Body Movement Therapist as well – I will be certified in September this year.
I also work with Healingrejser in Denmark, where I facilitate Women’s Retreats.

Tickets are EUR 100/DKK 750
There is a maximum of 20 participants.
Your spot is guaranteed, when you have paid for your participation.
Cancellations within one week of the workshop will only be refunded by 50%.
Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the workshop will not be refunded.
