On June 18, Silver.Spoon Guerilla Dining takes a journey, spanning 5 courses, in exploration of the French collective, Association Bricolages Ondulatoires et Particulaires' (BOP) collective exhibition, "In Search of Humanist Photography." A collection of black and white film photos, this group's exhibition explores the human side of photography - showing the world and environment which we live in or the way we live it.
Thus, Chef Henrik Jyrk will interpret this selection in a compilation of 5 courses and beverage pairings this evening, drawing upon an inspiration of French/Mediterranean elements. An up-and-coming Danish chef, Chef Jyrk has traveled the world perfecting his craft, most notably being on the teams at Coi (US), Michael Mina (US), Le Sommelier (DK), Umami (DK), The Paul (DK), and Atelier Crenn (US). The international influences of his work abroad will be displayed prominently in this dinner.
