Calm Superpowers - 3-day Meditation Immersion for All

During these 3 days of Meditation Immersion with Elena you will learn about both the theory and practice of meditation. You will find out about science- proven incredible health benefits of meditation, what is happening in your brain, how the biochemistry of the body changes as a result of meditation and how to integrate the simple practices into you everyday life.

You will also discover a variety of meditation techniques including pranayama (breathing techniques) in meditation, so that you can find the ones that work best for you and practice them during the 3-day immersion.

Join us to re-discover your superpower of CALM, to slow down, reclaim your inner balance and to infuse your life with more depth and meaning through the practice of meditation.

Sessions are held in English and are open for all.

Session 1: Foundations of Calm: Introduction, theory and practice of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

About the teacher:

Elena is a Zürich based international yoga and meditation teacher with a background in psychology as well as author and composer. She started her practice over the past 19 years and over 13, teaching on 5 continents, has led over 70 yoga and meditation retreats in Europe, Africa, Asia, Iceland and Central America and released a yoga DVD that has received brilliant reviews by leading yoga publications like Yoga Journal Deutschland, OM Yoga Magazine UK, Wellbeing, Australian Yoga Life among others. An expert in Ayurveda, elemental vinyasa and yoga nidra Elena has been bringing together her background in psychology, vocal technique and music to create beautiful transformational yoga retreats as well a music album and a free meditation channel. Elena has taken over 800h of Yoga Alliance certified teaching trainings and co-facilitated foundational and advanced teachers' education programmes at 200H and 500H level in Iceland and Denmark.

Elena is currently focusing on leading yoga retreats as well as co-teaching at yoga teacher trainings, specialty workshops, yoga festivals, organizing live music and yoga events as well as composing music and writing for leading yoga magazines. Her classes are characterised by warmth, safe alignment, focus on breath initiated movement and the experience of flow as well as a playful and uplifting approach. She teaches in English. Read more:
