Do you have a longing to slow down, rest in the presence of a group, and be received just as you are? Would you like to practice exploring other people's realities with openness and acceptance? Do you wonder what it is like to express yourself with fewer expectations and judgments? If so, Circling might be for you.

In Circling we bring meditative acceptance and awareness to what's happening in the moment. When we slow down, focus, and reveal what's going on between us here and now, we create space for deeper meetings with the people around us and deeper intimacy with ourselves.

Circling is about bringing our presence, aliveness, and vulnerability into connection with another person or a group. Through circling we develop our sensitivity and empathy, build capacities to better understand our impulses and intuitions and learn to communicate our boundaries and longings more clearly.

In Circling there are different formats. Depending on who shows up for a session, the leader might choose to do some focus circling in smaller groups and/or circling exercises that are particularly suited for beginners. We end every session in Surrendered Leadership circles.

We are a group of
facilitators
who share a deep love and longing to dedicate ourselves to the Circling practice and a wish to open it up to the world. From week to week, we will take turns hosting and leading, and at least 2 facilitators will join for every workshop. The group consists of Anezka Sokol, Mateusz Jedrzejewski, Diane Ellefsen and Morten Christoffersen Bolø.

There are 16 tickets available for each workshop with a price of DKK 200.

Tickets are non-refundable, but in case you cannot join let us know, and you will be able to use the ticket for any future workshop or transfer it to another person.
