Japan in Kødbyen by Oiran. Days 3 and 4:
After a Friday and Saturday night out, there is nothing like a tasty bowl of our special Miso Ramen to fix a hangover! Just to make sure you feel good about yourself, we're also serving our 'Kinako' Donuts filled with a black sugar custard from Japan... we will say no more.
- Pulled Chicken and Miso Ramen (with burnt garlic oil)
- Japanese Donuts (with a special sugar from Okinawa)
A hangover vegetarian option is available (no vegan unfortunately), but you must email email@example.com so that we know how many to prepare.
This event runs all day Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 to 21:30 and there is an onsite bar in case you need a top up from the night before. The bar will also be serving non-alcoholic drinks.
When you arrive at this ramen event, the last of ‘Japan in Kødbyen by Oiran’, go straight to the counter at the back in the main hall of the building and pick up your ramen. When you're done slurping, bring the bowl back up to the counter and get your Japanese donuts. There are no waiters at this event.
This is a part of ‘Japan in Kødbyen by Oiran’ a series of 4 days from the 14th to the 17th of July in Copenhagen Food Space, Kødbyen. The food at all 4 of these events is served in Japanese counter style service: you’ll be sitting right in the middle of the kitchen with a view of the chefs in action. As in Japan, the atmosphere is fun, casual, friendly and full of life and energy! There is no table service, you get your own food and drinks straight from the chefs.
The foods at these 4 events are a sample of the many types of Japanese food which are available at The Japanese Cook School, (www.oiran.dk), which is moving permanently to the Kødbyen in the autumn.
