In this workshop the focus is on psoas muscle, which connects our legs to our trunk. It is a mover of the legs, it flexes the hips, it stabilizes your spine, and it's a vital part of your inner core. If the psoas is very tight, the common patterns are that the lower spine hyperextends, the chest collapses, the ribs thrust forward and the breath gets affected.
We will do a gentle flow and go through various poses that examine how to strengthen, lengthen and release your psoas muscle. We will work to restore your psoas to being a more supple, functional muscle in the body and de-stress and rejuvenate your system. This workshop is accessible for all levels.
