Dumpling Class 1.1 with Kala's Kimchi Class
Dumplings are not just popular in Asian cuisines. Spatzle, ravioli, samosas, empanadas, and wontons are all dumplings!
Whatever has some delicious dough and filling can be considered a dumpling.
At this class, Kala Sung will introduce us to hers Korean style dumplings 🥟 as usual, we will be using seasonal biodynamic veggies and meat from Birkemosegaard ❤️
We will taste dumplings, make dumplings, and, after the class, you'll be also able to bring home your dumpling creations, so be sure to bring a container with you 😉
