A concert exploring a plant’s-eye view of the world experienced through science, light and sound
A scientific and sensuous explanation of plants by biologist Michael Straarup Nielsen.
New classical music inspired by plants written for clarinet, violin piano and tape by Lil Lacy (recipient of the Léonie Sonning talent prize 2020)
Electronic music generated by electric signals from plants by musician and composer Anders Bach (from among others Wetwear + Ice Cream Cathedral).
The visuals are created by the audiovisual artist collective VERTIGO (www.vertigo.dk) for this series in dialogue with the biologist Michael Straarup Nielsen.
