THE POWER OF VOICE & DANCE
A 3 HOUR WORKSHOP WITH VOICE AND BODY ACTIVATION
This Sunday afternoon we invite you to merge two powerful expressions – Voice and Dance.
Through movement and voice activation we will explore what is beneath the surface. We will create space and opportunity to explore and express ourselves more deeply when we connect with the more primal, vulnerable, and unexplored part of ourselves. This is an opportunity to connect with your unexpressed power and aliveness.

About Voice activation:
Voice Activation is a revolutionary way of working with the voice developed by Kim Gajraj that weaves both vocal and personal development into synergy together.
Your voice is an intimate and vulnerable part of you, as unique to you as your fingerprint, a window to your soul. Just try hiding strong emotions from your voice when you speak: it’s almost impossible!
This is the edge we lean into when we work with Voice Activation. We explore the infinite forms of expression that your voice has the capacity to reach, and, in the process, we explore ourselves more deeply.
About Conscious Dance:
Conscious Dance is a guided practice of movement in which we connect to our bodies, to one another and to our surroundings through attention, free movements, dance, and silence.
We create space and opportunity for being open to bodily sense perceptions and atmospheres and we allow ourselves to be moved by and with the moment.
When we dance, we give rise to letting our bodies go, shake, sense, release and move without judging or striving for a goal. With trust and an open mind, we create a safe space together. A safe space and an opportunity to “move from your head down into your body” – where we let go of speech and entrenched norms for how we usually meet, and instead remain open, curious, and explorative of what is in motion inside and outside of ourselves IN THE NOW!
Conscious Dance is an opportunity to sense and express the life that roars in us.
About Kim
Kim is a holistic voice therapist and singer-songwriter who was classically trained in singing from a young age. Her love for the voice deepened as she drew from trainings in holistic voice therapy, trauma release, breathwork and consent and developed a way of vocalising that is so much more than everyday singing and speaking. www.kimgajraj.com
About Rikke
Rikke facilitates workshops and retreats on conscious dance, polarity and conscious relating in the Nordics. For 20 years, her passion has been to utilise the healing powers of dancing, the attitudes of mindfulness and conscious connecting as an antidote to stress, and as a transformational route to wellbeing, creativity and joy. Her vision is that conscious dance becomes relevant and accessible for all to generate more heartful connections in the world. www.rikkelibak.com

Price:
DKK 290
Double ticket (2 persons) DKK 500.
Bring:
Clothes you can move in and maybe a towel (It is possible to shower afterwards).
Water, tea and fruit will be served after the class and there will be time to hang out and talk.
