Upcycling workshop for beginners

- Learn how to sew on a sewing machine

Have you always dreamed of being able to create your own upcycled and sustainable fashion pieces, but lacked the skills behind the sewing machine? Wait no more, in this workshop we are going to teach you how to sew - upcycling style.

This means that you will be learning how to use a sewing machine while also transforming discarded textiles into your own personalized headband.

You are more than welcome to bring your unused clothes. If you do not have any, do not worry, we will provide all materials, as well as free tea, coffee and other snacks.

// WHY

The fashion industry is the second largest pollster on this planet. From modern slavery to mass consumerism, we need to change our ways, but it can be difficult to know where to start. We want to give you the power to reclaim your style by making your own sustainable fashion pieces and together challenge the status quo of the fashion industry.

// WHO

This workshop is held by Wair and we are on a mission to give textile waste a second chance by transforming it into upcycled wonders. Learn more at: www.sustainablewair.com

Join us to learn more about circular economy and enjoy the time with our upcycling team!

PS: You will bring home your own headband at the end of the workshop :)
