Kære Chingu'er! Som traditionen byder fejrer vi det koreanske nytår med en fest i Aarhus~!!
Det koreanske nytår følger månekalenderen og vi fejrer det lørdag den 2. februar 2019 på Oops! som er en super fin bar i Aarhus midtby, hvor vi hele aftenen/natten har den øverste etage for os selv. Adressen er: Frederiksgade 26, 8000 Aarhus C. Man skal mindst være fyldt 18 år for at deltage i festen.
Dørene åbnes kl. 18, hvor en velkomstdrink venter på jer. Omkring kl. 19 bliver der serveret en lækker koreansk buffet forberedt af formand & co. Senere sætter vi fut i dansegulvet - fester og danser natten ud!
Der er begrænset med plads til spisning og tilmelding foregår efter først til mølle, så skynd jer at få købt jeres billet!
Spisning & Fest:
Medlemmer og støttemedlemmer: 140,- (inkl. gebyr)
Ikke-medlemmer: 210,- (ekskl. gebyr)
Sidste frist for køb af billet til spisning er den 27. januar 2019.
Kl. 21 åbnes dørene for de, som ikke nåede at få billet til spisning, og alle andre som skulle have lyst til at deltage i festlighederne.

Medlemmer og støttemedlemmer: 30,- ( inkl. gebyr)
Ikke-medlemmer: 45,- (ekskl. gebyr)
Det er ikke tilladt at medbringe sine egne drikkevarer - disse kan i stedet købes i bredt udvalg hos de søde mennesker bag baren til favorable priser. Udover det sædvanlige udvalg for en bar i Aarhus midtby vil der selvfølgelig også blive solgt Soju ^^
Det er ikke nødvendigt at printe billetten, da vi vil have en gæsteliste vi tjekker ~^^

Korea Klubben invites you to celebrate the Korean New Year with a party in Aarhus on Saturday, February 2nd 2019 at Oops! bar, Frederiksgade 26, 8000 Aarhus C. You need to be at least 18 years of age to participate in the party.
The festivities start at 6pm with a welcome drink. Around 7pm, a delicious Korean buffet will be served and then it's just partying and dancing for the rest of the night.
There are limited seats available for the dinner, so get your registration in as soon as possible; it's first come, first served!
The price for participating in the party, including dinner is 140,- (including registration fee) for members/members from our sister organisations and 210,- (excluding registration fee) for non-members.
The last day for registration for dinner is January 27th 2019.
The price for participating in the party, NOT including dinner (entrance from 9 pm) is 30,- (including registration fee) for members/members from our sister organisations and 45,- (excluding registration fee) for non-members.
If you are participating as a member of one of our sister organisations, just write the name of your organisation in the field 'Medlemsnummer' when buying your ticket.
It is not necessary to print out your ticket - we will have a guestlist to check ~^^
