    Description

This 90-minute walking tour explores some of Copenhagen’s most iconic historic and contemporary architectural landmarks.

Our expert DAC guides explore how and why Danish architecture has changed over time. We’ll see the brightly colored buildings of 17th century Nyhavn, elegant mid-20th century designs by Arne Jacobson and other Danish modernists, and the city’s newest 21st century landmark – BLOX – home of Danish Architecture Center.

See quiet hidden spaces and lively plazas, hear stories of the architects, compare architectural styles, and learn how Denmark has both imported and exported design across the last five centuries.

Join us for this perfect introduction to Copenhagen’s architecture.

The tour starts and ends at Danish Architecture Center and your tour ticket also includes free entrance to DAC’s exhibitions.
