Infomøde om Sense.
Kom og få en introduktion til Sense. Har du kæmpet med kiloene i årevis og har du været igennem et hav af slankekure? Sense virker, og det skyldes, at det ikke er en ekstrem kur, der gør livet surt. Tværtimod kan du med Sense kombinere god mad, hygge og fest med vægttab.
Men hvis metoden skal virke for dig også, kræver det, at du ændrer dine kostvaner. Vil du være med?
Flere hold på vej i 2018. Jeg udvider, så der både bliver
- mandagshold (aften som allerede kører nu fra kl. 17) samt helt nyt tirsdagshold (formiddag).
Derudover laver jeg:
-Mor/barn forløb for dig ,der er/har været på barsel og hvor graviditetskiloene fortsat driller. 10 ugers varighed med opstart 9. januar 2018.
-Bootcamp - 10 ugers varighed med opstart 8. januar 2018 hovedsageligt for dem, der er nystartet på Sense eller som har brug for en opfriskning af Sense-principperne.
- Individuelle coachingssessioner.

Der vil blive solgt bøger til medlemspriser denne aften samt givet en earlybirdrabat til dig, som på aftenen tilmelder dig et forløb enten med start nu eller i 2018.
Da der er begrænsede pladser, er det først til mølle.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Aalborg. Infomøde om Sense. tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
