    Underviser er Heinrich Birk Johansen.

    Indhold:

    Fordybelse i forskellige aspekter af meditation & mindfulness praksis, der peger ind imod essens, vores værenskerne som menneske.

    At være i sin essens kan opleves som "at være hjemme", "at føle sig hel", eller at "hvile i dyb væren".

    Workshoppen tager udgangspunkt i De 12 Egenskaber for et liv med større frihed i nuet, glæde, kærlighed, livfuldhed og højere formål.

    Samt i De 4 retninger for Lifefulness; mindfulness, playfulness, heartfulness og peacefulness.

    Er vejret godt vil en del af workshoppen foregå udendørs.

    Målgruppe:

    Åbent for alle. Erfaring ikke påkrævet. Vær dog opmærksom på at dette ikke er et stressreduceringskursus.

    Aftenen kan ses som en selvstændig fortsættelse af anden undervisning, f.eks. et MBSR 8-ugers kursus.

    Praktik:
    Mødetid mellem kl. 18:15-18:25. (Dørene åbnes først kl. 18:15).

    Vær venligst klar i lokalet senest kl. 18:30 hvor undervisningen begynder.

    Medbring:

    Yogamåtte/liggeunderlag til liggende meditationer.
    Tæppe og evt. pude.
    Drikkedunk.
    Tøj der er behageligt at sidde og bevæge sig i.
    OBS! Lokalet er skofrit så evt. hjemmesko/tykke sokker.
    I tilfælde af godt vejr kan noget af undervisningen foregå ude på plænen.
