Velkommen til Åbningskoncerten til årets BACH WEEK Festival 2025!
Vi lægger ud med en forrygende orgelkoncert i Vejby Kirke med organist Anne Kirstine Mathiesen, som til daglig spiller i Sct. Nicolai Kirke i Køge.
Anne Kirstine Mathiesen studerede orgel på Det kgl. Danske Musikkonservatorium i København som elev af Professor Hans Fagius og Jesper Madsen. Hun tog Kandidateksamen i 1993 og efter videre studier i solistklassen en anmelderrost solistdebut i 1995 i København. Anne Kirstine har en omfattende koncertvirksomhed som orgelsolist, akkompagnatør og kammermusiker over hele Europa: Danmark, Sverige, Finland, Island, Estland, Skotland, Tyskland og Holland. Hun var som helt ung organist ansat ved Havdrup Kirke, Roskilde Stift, senere Københavns Domkirke og fra 1992 organist og kantor ved Sct. Nicolai kirke i Køge. Bag sig har hun flere anmelderroste CD-indspilninger, der ofte spilles i Danmarks Radio.
