Vi lever i en tid med tryk på og det kan også mærkes i familien. Vi har brug for at geare ned sammen, men det kan være svært at finde roen, når man først er steget på hamsterhjulet.
På denne workshop lærer du og dit barn teknikker til, hvordan I kan finde ro og nærvær sammen gennem afspændingsøvelser og massage.
Kom sammen med dit barn i tøj i kan bevæge jer i (evt. nattøj) og medbring puder, tæpper, sovedyr, og andet blødt:-)
