Kom med på symfonisk kanalrundfart.
Til lyden af bølgeskum og motorlarm præsenterer den unge, upcoming kunstnerduo Duo Demona en lydperformance på en installation af krystalvinglas, theramin og keramiske instrumenter. Vinglassenes lyse resonanser blandes med elektrisk støj og buldrende bas, og skaber et foruroligende lydtæppe. Som lyden af en kortbølgeradio kombineret med et ihærdigt forsøg på at etablere elektronisk kontakt til det ydre rum.
Duoen runder af med et dj-set af banebrydende, kvindelige elektroniske musikere. Under sejladsen serveres en Aperol Spritz!
Turen inkluderer performance, dj, en drink og sejltur!
Om Duo Demona:
Duo Demona er et samarbejde mellem Nour Fog og Maj Bjørnholdt Kjærsig, begge uddannet i 2016 fra henholdsvis Det Jyske og Det Fynske Kunstakademi. Duoen arbejder med lydperformance og lydværker ud fra en skulpturel og installatorisk tilgang. Her spiller krystalvinglas og keramik en stor rolle. Igennem elektronisk manipulation af bl.a. vinglaslyd, stemmen og theremin, skaber duoen værker, med karakter af mystik, det okkulte og kirkelig skønhed. Duoen arbejder altid stedsspecifikt og har skabt værker til blandt andet cisterner, forladte renseanlæg, biblioteker, Sydhavn Stations hemmelige rum og nu en kanalrundfartsbåd.
