Den 11. juni 2025 kl. 19:00 inviterer coach og eventyrer, Rasmus Kragh, dig med til et foredrag, der vil rykke ved din opfattelse af mental styrke og selvledelse.
I vinteren 2024-2025 påtog Rasmus sig den utrolige udfordring at blive den første dansker til at gå alene til Sydpolen uden hjælp. En livsforandrende rejse i grænselandet af menneskelig formåen.
Han vil dele sine erfaringer fra eventyret og de dybe indsigter, han har opnået på vejen. Det handler ikke kun om den fysiske rejse gennem det barske Antarktis, hvor solen skinner 24-7 og temperaturen kan falde til minus 50 grader, men i høj grad også om den mentale rejse, der kræver enorm selvdisciplin og mod.
I en tid hvor vi konstant er forbundet digitalt, udfordrer Rasmus os til at se indad, blive bevidste om vores formål og genoplive vores naturlige instinkter, væk fra skærmens lys. Dette foredrag vil inspirere dig til at genopdage din indre styrke, tage fat i dit eget personlige lederskab og forstå hvordan væsentlige forandringer i livet altid starter med os selv.
Arrangementet finder sted i København på Metropol, i det indbydende auditorie.
