Matt Orlando og AMASS restaurant kommer til Birkemosegaard og laver mad til årets første Sommerkøkken.
AMASS har fået grøntsager fra Birkemosegaard i flere år nu og endelig er det lykkedes at finde plads i kalenderen til at de kan komme herop på gården, komme en tur med i marken og lave en middag med 7 serveringer baseret på gårdens råvarer krydret med fif og tricks fra deres egen have og køkken.
AMASS er en af Danmarks mest bæredygtige restauranter og ligger ude på Refshaleøen i København, hvor de bla har deres egen store urtehave, drivhus og kompost anlæg.

Traditionen med SOMMERKØKKEN startede i 2015 med besøg fra de restauranter som Birkemosegaard leverer grøntsager til.
Kokkene ser gården og markerne og bliver inspirerede. På gården ser vi hvordan de arbejder med råvarerne og gæsterne kan forvente en ret udsøgt aften. win-win-win
Vi starter kl 18.00 med et velkomst glas og sætter os til bords omkring 18.30.
Arrangementet koster 495kr og er inkl 7 serveringer og et glas til velkomst
