At this AN HOUR WITH, we invite you to meet artist Quim Bigas Bassart, who will share insights about his artistic practice.
Earlier this season, Bigas spent four weeks in an IN DEPTH residency at HAUT with his current research Hanging out and tuning in. A research with a focus on spending time with different strands of thought and physical investigation, while making space for the confusion that was present in his mind. Bigas often works with the idea of hanging out as a guideline in his work: being with things and hanging out. In that awareness, he used time in residency for the concept of ‘tuning’ to further explore different modes in the correspondence between people and dance.
