Come with your friends and family to this special community concert which takes you to the sonic world hundred and thousands years ago. In the concert you can hear the old nordic harvest songs and storytellings as well as instruments which our ancestors have used, such as stones, bone shells, plants, ceramics, and lur.

In the past, our ancestors use food leftovers such as bones and shells as instruments to all kinds of rituals. Due to the massive modernisation, those instruments are rarely heard in a concert hall.

We have the best musicians and ethnomusicologists on board. After the workshop dr.Eva Fock will guide a workshop, in which both adults and children can try out or even make their own instruments.

Høstritualer eksisterer i alle kulturer. Den massive modernisering de seneste århundreder har fremmedgjort os fra instrumenter af primitive materialer og årets gang. Til denne koncert vil sanger Anne Eisensee, slagtøjsspiller Ying-Hsueh Chen m.fl. tilbyde stemningsfulde oplevelser af oldtidsinstrumenter kombineret med skandinavisk høst-folkemusik. Lyden af skaller, knogler, vand, sten, strå, keramik og folkesang fremkalder vores kollektive erindringer fra tusinder af år tilbage. Der tilbydes en hands-on workshop med musikantropolog Eva Fock, hvor man kan prøve de forskellige ur-instrumenter efter koncerten.
