Annika Aakjær har udgivet tre album og har medvirket i teatersucceserne "Come Together" og "Oliver med et tvist". Derudover har Annika været med i filmen "Dirch" og i DR’s julekalender "Julestjerner". Annikas optræden har altid båret præg af at være en hybrid mellem musik og komik, og målet har altid været at få publikum til både at grine og græde.
