Har du nogensinde undret dig over hvordan en tegnefilm bliver til? Det havde Sif Savery også, da hun som 15-årig for første gang kastede sig ud i animationens verden med den hjemmedyrkede web-serie, Tales of Zale. Siden da, har Sif taget en professionsbachelor i animation i Viborg, og studeret og arbejdet i både Frankrig, Irland og Sydkorea for at forstå sig bedre på filmens sprog og tegnefilmens forunderligheder.
I forbindelse med udgivelsen af den sidste episode af Tales of Zale som web-serie, slår Atelier & Klassisk Tegneskole ved Ærøvej i uge 36-37 dørene op for et unikt indblik i tegnefilmens proces. Fra skitse til endeligt produkt, afdækker udstillingen rigtig mange af de tanker og det håndværk som ligger bag en færdig animation før den rammer det store lærred - eller den lille skærm.
Samtidig afbilleder Tales of Zale på særlig vis den kunstneriske udvikling fra teenage drøm til professionelt virke. Denne udvikling giver Sif yderligere indsigt i, i de supplerende artist talks.
