It is a very special Asian food experience that combines social and socializing in the best possible way. Hot pot (as in Thailand is known as "steamship", and in Japan and Korea as "shabu-shabu") is one of the most social ways to eat you can imagine; everyone is gathering around the table and preparing the food together. Hot pot is one of the most popular food phenomena in Asia right now.
We have long thought there was a hot pot restaurant in Copenhagen. Hot Pot Republic will offer the unique social food experience, vegetarian bowl and non vegetarian version.
What's it all about?
Hot pot is the most social dining experience you can imagine. Not just sitting around a table and sharing all the food with your friends or family, but in some way you make the food yourself.
Hot pot is a very special Asian food experience, where you will try a lot of fresh vegetables and Asian specialties, with low gluten content, a little fat and low on carbohydrates.
It's super exciting to cook more than 10 different exotic ingredients and experience their unique qualities and flavors
What does that matter?
We also offer a range of selected Asian "cold brewed tea", Asian beers, sake and wine.
