Taastrup Amatørscene præsenterer - Askepot
Askepop er historien om pigen, Mille, der i Danmarks 1950’erne åbner en mælkepop med sin mor, så de kan tjene penge nok til at udleve Milles største drøm. Hun drømmer om at blive musicalstjerne, så hun kan spille sammen med sit store idol Johnny Rocket. Johnny har imidlertid problemer med en forestilling, han spiller med i, for han vil ikke spille over for andre, end den kvinde han virkelig elsker. Det går ud over teatrets direktør Volle, der med hård kamp må lede alle byens unge piger igennem, for at finde Johnnys kvinde. Mille står pludselig på helt egne ben, men med hjælp fra himlens engle, Puk, Pepperoni og Topper, ledes Mille på rette vej.
Forstillingen opføres af Taastrup Amatørscenes ungdomgruppe.
Den forventede spilletid er 2 timer incl. pause.
