Dette spørgsmål vil vi undersøge og forsøge at tale op med forhåbentlig god inspiration til følge for alle deltagerne.
Til stede i panelet denne aften være to mennesker, som begge fortjener respekt for at have taget en række opgør i deres liv, og siden handlet konsekvent egen-omsorgsfuldt på trods af ikke så få omkostninger.
I panelet denne aften er tidligere radio og TV-vært Anja Stensig (https://anjasteensig.dk), som afholder kurser, foredrag og 1:1 sessioner omkring kunsten at udvise egenomsorg og "at elske sig selv".
Det mandlige islæt i panelet bliver i form af psykoterapeut Palle Nielsen, som er et af de behageligste mennesker, jeg nogensinde har haft fornøjelsen af at møde. Jeg kender hans historie indgående og ved, hvor hårdt han har arbejdet for at opnå den livsvisdom, han nu emmer så tydeligt af, og som han ikke er bange for at dele ud af.
