How do you sell goosebumps? B&O PLAY has emerged from the 90 year old company and design icon Bang & Olufsen, to deliver beautifully crafted products for a new type of urban consumers. Jakob, Concept & Design Manager of B&O PLAY, will talk about how to balance rationally-founded and emotionally-driven design to become procurers of products for B&O PLAYs crowd that makes beautiful music.
B&O PLAY have build up their entire product design organisation on what they call Conceptual Design Thinking to transform a consumer electronics brand into a fashion- and interior brand rooted in the wants and needs of their new identified crowd.
