Nyd en afslappende eftermiddag i vinterferien i Dambækgaards hyggelige spisesal. Vi starter eftermiddagen med kaffe og hjemmebag, inden bondemanden tager alle, der har lyst med rundt og fodrer alle dyrene. Mens mørket falder på, tænder vi op i brændeovnen, så gæsterne kan sidde foran den varme ovn og spille brætspil, mens de venter på burgers med pulled pork af gårdens egne firlandsgrise, hjemmebagte burgerboller, råstegte kartofler, og coleslaw serveret med hjemmelavet barbercuesovs og mayonaisse. Vi slutter af med hjemmelavet karamelis og rødbedebrownie.
Til maden sælger vi både vine af egen import, øl og hjemmelavet sodavand eller saft.
