Basco er en folkemusikkvartet i absolut skandinavisk topklasse. De har optrådt på store udenlandske og hjemlige festivaller, spillet koncert med Danmarks Radio's Big Band i DRs koncerthus og vundet flere priser ved ”Danish Music Award - Folk”. Basco's kompositioner og sange trækker på traditioner fra landene omkring Nordsøen.
De optræder med den ekvilibristiske dansk/norske sangerinde Jullie Hjetland, der deler Basco's energi og store fortællelyst. Jullie er tildelt hæderen som ”Årets Sanger – DMA Folk” i både 2009 og 2014, og er tidligere nomineret til både ”Odense Live” og ”GAFFA” priser. Hun er en alsidig og meget karismatisk artist, der har turneret i Europa og Nord Amerika med blandt andre Pierre Dørge, Nordens Tone og Rumpistol.
