Hanck har rundet de 70 år i 2016 og er som god vin blevet bedre og bedre…..
Han kommer fra Chicago og har spillet længe med Elvin Bischop og den legendariske Etta James, inden han startede sin solo karrriere i 80’erne. Han er kendt som en fænomenal dygtig og swingende saxofonist med en stærk vokal. Varemærket er en stilren blanding af West Coast Jump, Chicagoblues og New Orleans Gumbo - krydret med en lidt soul. Han forstår at begejstre sit publikum på en naturlig måde, og levere et varieret og udadvendt show - på såvel spillesteder som på festivaler.
J.T. Lauritsen (Norge)
Jan Tore Lauridsen er en af Norges mest velrenommerede og hårdtarbejdende bluesmusikere. Han kan se tilbage på 20 år som blues artist, og har turneret over hele Europa og til fjerne steder som Australien, Svalbard og USA. I 2014 modtog Jan Tore prisen som “Årets Bluesartist“ af Notodden Bluesfestival og fik en flot 3. plads til European Blues Challenge i 2015 i Bruxelles. Jan Tore er en meget dygtig sanger og entertainer og spiller virtuost på trækharmonica og mundharpe.
Tomi Leino Trio (Finland)
Tomi Leino Trio spiller klassisk Chicago blues og er et af de førende bluesband i Finland. De har høj klasse og har turneret i hele Europa og samarbejdet med verdenskendte blues kunstnere som Steve Guyger, James Harman, West Weston, Sugar Ray Norcia, RJ Mischo m.fl.
Hancks og J.T. Lauridsen'sintensive optræden sammen med dem top-kompetente finske Tomi Leino Trio, indeholder alle ingredienser til en bluesaften i verdensklasse - og som et ekstra krydderi har vi inviteret Troels Jensen til at spille piano.
