En meditativ og livfuld aften med toner fra Navina´s og Michael´s musik og sang, som skaber den mest magiske stemning og dyb kontakt mellem mennesker 
Nyd de indiske Mantra´s og Navina's egne sange. Denne gang vil der også være sange fra Taizé-klosteret og sigøjnersange.
Da det er lige før Jævndøgn vil vi lave en helt speciel Jævndøgns-Lys-ceremoni.
Navina og Michael´s musik og sang efterlader deltagerne i fordybelse, livfuld meditation og nærvær. Ja, man kommer hjem i sig selv 
Nogle af sangene og Mantraerne kan der synges med på. Denne måde at synge på hedder "chanting" og er en tusindårig gammel spirituel praksis.
Glæd dig til en opløftende aften, der får cellerne til at synge! sidste gang deltog en familie; far, mor og børn på 9-11 år, de nød det alle.
