En aften til der dig, der ønsker at give og modtage bevidst og nærværende berøring/massage.
Oplev din krop åbne sig op af sig selv, afspændes og heales, når den mødes med empatiske “hjerte hænder” og et levende åndedræt. Kroppen gennemstrømmes af livskraft og finder tilbage til sin harmoniske naturlige tilstand. Når kroppen er fri af blokeringer og spændinger fås adgang til indre ro, handlekraft og selvværd. Således kan vi sætte vores sunde grænser og række ud efter vores essentielle behov i livet.
Vi arbejder på hinanden parvis eller i mindre grupper. Alle øvelser foregår fuldt påklædt.
