On the last day of the jazz festival, Barefoot Records invites you to for a sumptuous improv-extravaganza where all the musicians who have contributed to this year's jazz festival at H15 are invited to improvise criss-crosswise in fresh ad-hoc settings. On this night the musicians will be drained for their last jazz festival sweat, the last noises will be enforced on the instruments, and the bar emptied before Barefoot closes the door and says thanks for this year.

I have not received my Bigfoot ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Bigfoot tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Bigfoot tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Bigfoot ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
