BIKRAM YOGA WORKSHOP MED LIS & FRANCESCA
Er Bikram Yoga nyt for dig eller ønsker du at udvikle og fordybe din egen praksis? Så kom til vores Bikram Yoga workshop, hvor vi grundigt vil gennemgå alt, der foregår i en Bikram Yoga Klasse.
Workshoppen foregår i roligt tempo så du har mulighed for at stille alle de spørgsmål du måtte have og der er også rig mulighed for at få rettet på dine stillinger, så du får mest muligt ud af din fremtidige træning. Vi gennemgår de fleste stående øvelser, som trænes i hver klasse, og du vil få et indblik i hvilken virkning de enkelte øvelser har på din krop og dit sind.
Undervisningen er på letforståeligt engelsk og med mulighed for oversættelse hvis der er brug for det. Dette er en unik mulighed for at få en rigtig god start på din praksis hos Hot Yoga Denmark samt hvis du ønsker videre udvikling i egen paksis.

14.00 - 14.10: Velkomst
14.10 - 15.00: Gennemgang af øvelser samt korrektion
15.00 - 15.15: Pause og forfriskning
15.15 - 16.00: Gennemgang af øvelser samt korrektion. Du er velkommen til at deltage i klassen efterfølgende fra 16.00 - 17.30.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Bikram Yoga Worksop tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
