Program med klarinet, fagot og klaver.
Denne lidt usædvanlige besætning præsenterer her et koncertprogram, der er udsprunget af det 20. århundredes største romantiske komponist Richard Strauss' stort anlagte trio, lidt forvirrende kaldet "Duet-Concertino".
Strauss fandt inspirationen til dette værk i bl.a. H.C. Andersen eventyr "Svinedrengen", hvor en prins (her fagotten) forsøger at vinde prinsessens (klarinetten) gunst ved at tage job som svinehyrde i hendes fars palads.
Der vil være lejlighed til at høre både klarinetten og fagotten i diverse kombinationer i virtuos fransk blæsermusik af Jean Francaix og Francis Poulenc og dertil smuk, impressionistisk klavermusik af Claude Debussy.
Det er det helt unge, prisbelønnede stortalent, Jonas Lyskjær Frølund, der spiller klarinetstemmen i dette program.
