Kender du det at julehygge forvandles til forventningspres?
Denne fire og en halv times workshop er udviklet til de der gerne vil være følelsesmæssigt klar til julen. Med coachende tarotredskaber, viser jeg dig hvordan du finder ind til sagens kerne.

Vi skal lave øvelser, der hjælper den enkelte til at forstå sin egen families persongalleri, og de scener der udspiller sig år efter år. Deltagerne bliver klædt på til, med tarotkortenes hjælp, at navigere i den familiemæssige bølgegang vi alle oplever i højtiderne.
Vi går i dybden med følgende:
- Forstå din familiemedlemmers motiver
- Find ud af hvorfor andres forventninger påvirker dig
- Få en metode til at blive i dig selv
Tarotkortene kan hjælpe dig med at blive på egen banehalvdel, når svigerforældre og familie trykker på forventningsknapperne. Forventninger er både alt det vi glæder os til, og alt det vi frygter. Det er på den ene side trygt, at være sammen med mennesker vi har kendt længe – men det kan også være begrænsende. Nogle gange oplever at det der forventes af os, hverken kan eller vil vi leve op til. Alt det usagte reagerer vi på. Vi kan blive forvirrede, vrede, kede af det, og føle os misforståede. Nogle gange ved vi ikke engang hvorfor.
På workshoppen får de mest effektive coaching værktøjer, jeg kender. Her viser jeg dig flere nemme tarotoplæg, du let kan lave i gæsteværelset.
