Deltagere fra 8 til 16 år
Jens og Marie lærer dig at bage forskellige slags boller og brød af den samme dej og verdens bedste og nemmeste kage, som du smager til med din yndlingssmag. Vi bager blandt andet Ølandshvede boller med chokolade, speltboller med rosin og gulerod samt tomatboller. Alle råvarer er økologiske og melet er produceret på gårde tæt på Roskilde.
I løbet af dagen laver vi forskellige sjove aktiviteter på området omkring Sct. Hans Have, hvor vi på en anderledes og sjov måde lærer om meltyper og bageteknikker.
Vi spiser frokost sammen midt på dagen.
Kurset alt inklusiv koster 350 kr. pr. deltager og afholdes følgende dage:
