Her er en unik mulighed for at være med til første offentlige bodypercussion workshop i Danmark med Peter Stavrum.
Kom og vær med til en rytmisk eftermiddag, hvor vi både skal lære at bruge kroppen som instrument samt lære nogle super funky og sjove bodypercussion beats.
Bodypercussion er en kombination af bevægelse og percussion, en dans hvor man selv skaber rytmerne med tramp, klap og knips. Det er en fantastisk måde at forbedre rytmefornemmelse, koordination, frasering samt evnen til at lytte og kommunikere med hinanden. Bodypercussion er således et godt redskab til musiklærere, pædagoger, musikere, dansere eller den nysgerrige sjæl, der elsker bevægelse og musik.
Workshopinstruktør Peter Stavrum er mangeårig medlem af den internationale percussiongruppe STOMP og har optrådt med den danske gruppe Body Rhythm Factory i 10 år. I 2018 startede Peter den online bodypercussionskole Groove2day.com. Peter Stavrum har undervist over hele verden bl.a ved den Internationale Bodymusic Festival i Paris i 2016.
Medbring gummisko/træningssko, evt. en ekstra t-shirt ( vi kommer til at svede lidt) og en flaske vand. Workshoppen varer 2 1/2 time inkl. pause med forfriskninger.
OBS! Der afholdes to workshops på to forskellige niveauer ( Denne event er introduktion/begynder workshop ).
