What pushes someone to pursue as a career - of all things - lambic blending? At the very least it takes some damn good beer to inspire one to invest their life’s work into an industry that only a short time ago was on the verge of extinction.
In this tasting, Raf will talk about his beginnings and most importantly share with you some of the beers that inspired him to start Bokkereyder as well as some of his first blends.

A summer geuze blended by Uli Kremer.
- Bokkereyder Zomersaison - 2016
Fantôme saison vintage 2016 with 1 and 2 year old lambic. Aged in freshly emptied fruit lambic barrels.
- Bokkereyder Père et Fils - 2014
Gueuze blend with Cantillon lambics from 1994, 1995, 1996, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011, 2013. Tribute to Jean-Pierre and Jean from Cantillon. Bottled May 2014.
- Bokkereyder Experimental Geuze #14 - 2014
This blend contains Cantillon 1992, Cantillon 2011, Oud Beersel 2013 (Châteauneuf du Pape barrel), 3 Fonteinen 2013, Girardin 2013. Bottled June 2014.
- Girardin Fond Gueuze Bierpallieters - 2009
Special blend for the 20th anniversary of the "Bierpallieters" beer club.
- Bokkereyder Jonge Lambiek – 2015
