Har dit barn ikke prøvet yoga eller er dit barn bare vild med Børneyoga ligesom os? Så er BørneJULEyoga Workshop, lige noget for ham eller hende.
Vi skal lave 24 yogastillinger og vi starter selvfølgelig med kalenderlyset som den første, kender I den? Hvis ikke lærer I den helt sikkert når børnene kommer hjem.
Alle får tilsendt via mail en BørneJuleyoga julekalender med de 24 yogastillinger vi har gennemgået. Den er lige til at klippe ud, og hænge op på snor. Så man rigtig kan øve sig sammen derhjemme.
- Yoga får dit barns Krop i gang og giver et fundament at bygge videre på, fordi barnet oplevet alle kroppens mulige bevægemåder og på den måde kommer motorisk godt med.
Det bliver smadder hyggeligt - og vi skal også spise pebernødder 🎅🏼😋
