Breema er en praktisk, jordnær metode, der via berøring og bevægelse støtter forbindelsen mellem kroppen, sindet og følelsen (body-mind connection). Når vi er nærværende, kan vi berige vores forhold til os selv og andre og bringe mere mening og bevidsthed til vores hverdag.
Breema udøves fuldt påklædt på gulvet på et komfortabelt underlag. I de mange forskellige dynamiske og rytmiske bevægelser er der et samspil mellem giver og modtager (mutual support), der støtter fysisk fleksibilitet, vitalitet, mental klarhed og følelsesmæssig balance.
I denne workshop kan du lære Self-Breema øvelser og en komplet Breema behandling. Der kræves ingen tidligere Breema erfaring for at deltage.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Breema— Moving Into Presence tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
