Kom med til årets brugerdag for alle arkivets brugere og frivillige. Traditionen tro bliver det en eftermiddag med både spændende oplæg og nyt fra arkivet.
Med årets brugerdag vil vi gerne sige tak til alle arkivets brugere, frivillige, venner og samarbejdspartnere. Kort sagt, alle jer der bruger og beriger arkivets samlinger.
Det er gratis at deltage i brugerdagen, men da der er et begrænset antal pladser, skal du booke en plads via billetto.
Vi har sat et spændende program sammen, der giver et indblik i de forskellige projekter, hvor frivilliges indsats gør den store forskel. Samtidig skal vi høre om ulykkelig kærlighed i 1700-tallet, feminismens frontløbere i 1800-tallet og ikke mindst fejre Københavns byvåbens 750-års jubilæum med sang og kage.

I have not received my Brugerdag 2025 ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Brugerdag 2025 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Brugerdag 2025 tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Brugerdag 2025 ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the Brugerdag 2025 waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
