De fleste vil nok svare at de foretrækker champagne, hvilket er fuldt forståeligt da Cava på højt niveau er nærmest ikke eksisterende i Danmark. Sådan er det ikke hos Wulff & Vin. Vi sætter en ære i at vores sortiment i Cava kan matche vores meget flotte årgangschampagner i kvalitet.
Derfor har vi i år besluttet at afvikle vores store nytårssmagning blindt. Formålet er ikke at du skal gætte præcis hvilke bobler du har i glasset, men nærmere udfordrer dig på din egen smag. Kan du virkelig bedst lide det ene eller det andet.
Når du kommer kan får du udleveret et smageark så du kan giver hver vin karrakter. Til slut afslører vi så hvilke vine der kommer fra Catalonien, og hvilke der kommer fra Champagne.
Vi smager på i alt 7 vine.
