I endnu et pop-up samarbejde mellem markedets aktører præsenteres det stærke line-up med Champagne Akademiet og Daniel Bonvang.
Champagne Akademiet har du kunne møde på markedet hver anden uge sæsonen igennem. De har trofast leveret fantastisk champagne fra mindre producenter. Så til alle tider, leveret fantastiske dråber kvalitet i øjenhøjde. Det vil de fortsætte med denne aften.
På maden vil Daniel Bonvang der har en fortid hos bl.a. KUL og NIMB sørge for menuen som lyder på:

Muslinger citrongræs og urter
Kammusling pærer og vanilje
Kål marv og krabbe
Vagtel trøffel og champagne
Pre dessert : champagne rosenvand rosenpeber og hibiscus
Kokos ingefær og sprødt brød
